Due to the very bulky nature of Flat Panel Displays, and the vastness of our country, freight costs can vary significantly. The below are estimates of what freight costs you should expect to major metropolitan areas. If you are in a regional area please contact us for a quote.

*Due to the large size, interactive and commercial displays are delivered by a Sensitive Freight service. This delivery price assumes single delivery to a ground floor location and that assistance will be available to unload. If assistance is unavailable, deliveries are re-directed, or delivery to an upper level is required, additional charges may apply. *Delivery to remote areas may incur additional cost.

Express/Air delivery is available on most smaller items upon request.

Same Day Delivery

Same day delivery is availalbe within Melbourne Metro. Call us in the morning for a quote.
Same day (Next Flight) services can also be quoted to interstate locations.

• 2-4 Business Days: Brisbane, Gold Coast, VIC Country
• 5-8 Business Days: Hobart, Launceston, Perth, Cairns, NSW Country
• 6+ Business Days: Darwin, Alice Springs, Other Regional Areas.

Larger sized dispalys can take longer and may be sent separately with a specialist carrier.

Delivery Insurance

All Just Monitors deliveries are fully insured for loss or damage whilst in transit (unless a 'leave without signature' has been requested).
Just Monitors promises that you will receive your products in good working order. In the unlikely event that your product has been damaged as a direct result of freight, you must report it to us on 1300 739 131 within 24 hours of receipt.
We use accredited couriers and very rarely have any goods being delivered damaged or have any lost in transit.

If after a reasonable amount of time has past and you have not received your product, please contact us so we can place a trace on your order. Most delays are due to the address being unoccupied or being difficult to locate. If the courier notifies us that the product cannot be found, we shall send you a replacement product at no extra charge.
